the midgard wiki at the time had the limitation that you either had to 
be logged in to view (and edit) the page, or open to everyone. it might 
come down to my limited midgard skills too :)

so ideally: world-readable, logged in users writable. if that can be 
done, great.

request it on this list, and traditionally chregu and i had the password 
for the phpmyadmin instance to insert a new feed into the planet. not 
very user friendly, and i doubt i have the password currently..

chregu, can we retrieve the password one more time? maybe there is a 
better way to add feeds?
