Hi Sandro,

Thanks a lot for your summary of tasks and issues.

Concerning the way to proceed, I have doubts already uttered on this list,
that an online discussion (and decision making) will be a very powerful
basis that people commit to.

I do on the other hand understand the limitations of organising a
face-to-face meeting for such a global organisation.

I hope our meeting at Linuxtag in May will be a chance to team up anyway.

The subject I am most interested in are:

I would like to make a proposal for an OSCOM conference and will get back to
this list with some details by the end of this month.

Apart from that, I can help with the organisational issues (by-laws...), if
needed.
