Okay
I can understand that some of you have no idea in which circumstances some
of us operate
For exmple, I downloadead Sandro original mail in my Mozilla client, which
is now on a computer which I cannot access for the next 2 weeks
Its going to be very difficult for me to access information, unless its
online - together with a million other things that I am doing at any given
time - and to give it full thoughts
By contrast, to have the stuff on a page where people can comment will
function in true
open source fashion, with fast iterations, so hoepfully everone can pitch
in very quickly
If you are interested in my comments, than on this occasion a wiki may be
the best tool to work with - if you are not, then I am sure you can live
very well without my input -
You just paste whatever you want others to look at on a page, and people
will do the rest
Now today I dont have the time to lecture about open source and
collaboration, so I hope that whoever out there is switched on and knows
about open source processes can work out
what to do next
I am not sure pbwiki is the best choice - we have at least half a dozen
free hosted wiki solutions available as a temporary measure - but here is
a start - no more time for today
we can always migrate any content from there to another page when we have
one
the fact that the server will shut down at the end of the month should not
prevent us from collaborating before then - quite the opposite - now we
need this
p://oscom.pbwiki.com
password oscom
anyone welcome to post whatever is going around and their comments
If next time I login there is something there to do, I ll be happy to
pdm
