Given that Marc volunteered to set up TikiWiki and you volunteered to 
transfer the content - let's go for it!

I don't care bout the domain now, it is more important that we can start 
ASAP. Later we could think about making it part of oscom.org. At that 
point, we should decide upon the actual software we want to use, but for 
now, TikiWiki is what we do.

So, applause for our first two volunteers who actually do something! ;)


We need to make sure though, how we deal with the fact that discussion 
might take place on this list as well as on the Wiki.

In general, I don't worry too much about this in the current phase, 
because during brainstorming, we can simply collect any input, even from 
parallel discussions.

Later, when it comes to decision-making, we should stick to one channel 
of communication, and I suggest this list for that. The Wiki would then 
only serve as a reference, not for collecting feedback.
