[OSCOM] Back to "planning mode"

Hi,

although it is good that we have the Wiki now and there's been some 
effort in transferring my plan to it, I am concerned about where we are 
right now.

Somehow I feel like the Wiki has catapulted us from planning to 
execution mode. That's not bad per se, but we actually loose momentum 
when it comes to rethinking, and thoroughly thinking through the OSCOM 
future.

Hence, I suggest the following:

1) We can use either this list or the Wiki for comments, it does not 
matter. I will create the summary from both resources.

2) To really make use of the Wiki for planning, we should keep the plan 
on one page - this is how it actually was in the beginning of the Wiki life.

I will myself post some messages to this list, which help us to focus on 
  the most important parts on this plan.

PS: I very much welcome the help of Marc and PDM, this email is not 
meant to trash their work, quite the opposite! Only based on several 
contributions, enhancements, etc., something great can be achieved.

We are in the planning and prototyping phase, so many things might 
change until we got a solid understanding of what we want.
