Does the "early draft" exist? Maybe it was handed out at the meeting?
I couldn't attend LinuxTag and so missed the meeting and getting
further information.

I won't be able to attend the june meeting (there's and OS conference
in the Netherlands those days), but I'd like to contribute to:
"wide buy-in here, i.e. that relevant organizations and
companies officially support this specification effort."
