[OSCOM] OSCOM Standard 1001: Multimedia Exchange Protocol [DRAFT]

Hi,

as a result of the discussion on LinuxTAG earlier this year I  
promised to make a draft of the MEP protocol that could be an OSCOM  
project. The idea is to use OSCOM as a standardization organization  
specifically for CMS use.

The attached document is provided as a start for discussion and  
specification. There are some ideas and suggestions there.

Please come with comments both to the content and the suggested process.
