AFAIK there are currently enough members to have legal votes,
but it seems to me that they are all pretty much inactive but
at the same time do not want to get out. Even if I am no member
anymore I think people like Kit, Chalu or Martin should definitely become
members and I hope they will be able to get something meaningful out
of OSCOM and try to spend the remaining money (approx. USD 19K) on
something useful.
