As a quick update, I emailed the current members yesterday morning. Based on those mails and the note to the membership below, I currently have 9 people interested in participating in the new legal entity. It's only been a couple of days, though. There are some on this list, that expressed an interest a couple of months ago, but haven't yet replied. Also, not many current members have replied.
