OpenACS has a new wiki component that also supports multilingual content, but we are still evolving the features for handling connecting different languages for the same content. There is a proposal we made for how to handle it internally in the database, but I think that is the easy part. The challange is making the user interface to support translation and synchronization when changes are made.
