Yes, the multilingual system is documented here: http://ez.no/doc/ez_publish/technical_manual/3_8/features/multi_language For a wiki example you can see the newly started community WIKI for eZ publish projects: http://pubsvn.ez.no/wiki/ They could be combined in a setup together with a workflow for notifications to the translators and you should be done.
