[OSCOM] Sandro steps back

Dear OSCOMlers,

I am very sorry to say that unfortunately I will not be able to be of 
any help to OSCOM in the foreseeable future.

After having Michi resign from OSCOM, I thought that I could be able to 
give it a boost together with others. Yet, I have not been of great help 
in this respect.

That is the case because my job at eZ systems as well as personal things 
have kept me very busy lately, my workload is growing steadily and it 
will continue to do so.

Given this background and the goals I set for myself when it comes to 
OSCOM, I have to admit that I personally did not reach them at all. I 
thought I would have more time to push OSCOM, but things turned out the 
other way.

I'd like to thank everyone who contributed in the past months to get 
OSCOM going!
