It might be a good idea to get some "party program" from the
candidates on what they would do with OSCOM. Writing those down would
be a good test on their activity level :-)

There is some tradition for +1/-1 voting on the mailing list.

If we want anonymity for this, the votes could be mailed to the
election committee on the list. And if we want to add a bit of
security, the emails could be GPG signed.
