[OSCOM] What is the new OSCOM vision?

We need a vision.   I like to spend some worthy moments on this.

Please answer this question. "What do you envision the OSCOM to do?"

Send them to me and I will collect them and put them on the butcher's 
block and see what will survive. Does that work?

We should also have an ability to fire the board members if they are not 
meeting "proposed goals".
