Where: Cambridge/Boston
When: Next year in spring or early summer

Special:
   - Free entry (but with a suggested donation amount), limited space
(e.g. 200 attendees (without speakers)) first comes, first served,
whereas one has to register and pay at register, but can get money
back at registration desk but only on personal appearance
   - No RfP, but only invited speakers (selected by the OC)
   - vendor tutorials (which the vendor has to pay for resp. sponsor,
e.g. if Wyona wants to do a tutorial on Lenya, then Wyona would have
to pay for this) and free for attendees.
   - Soccer games between the different projects (e.g. Midgard versus
eZ), no rules re team member selection: 8 minutes each game and the
winner will receive ice-cream as a prize (knock-out system)

Theme: OSCOM redux, but no particular theme actually (see above re only
invited speakers)

Duration: 2.5 days and only one track (apart from the sponsored vendor
track), whereas 0.5 days of it would be for the soccer games

HTH
