My name is Chalu Kim.

A few things I like to see happen are membership increase and 
participations by users. I like to invite people who are site builders 
and content builders as members and give them voices. I like to see 
publications by OSCOM people can buy. It came to me when others were 
saying whatever they were saying about various open-source packages. 
There are people who like to support by subscribing printed 
publications.  I am interested in document and media archival catering 
to real needs by majority of users whose skill levels are not so high.

I have been a developer some years ago and run a consulting company 
integrating open-source packages for organizations and businesses.  I 
have done interesting works with some notable non-profit organizations 
such as RECYCLEABICYCLE. and aDocumenta. I am mainly interested in how 
organic growth comes together using software.
