[OSCOM] procedures?

Any suggestion on how to tally votes... Please note according to the 
current bylaws, only members can vote for the board, it sounds like. The 
first off, we need to know if we have required at least 5 people.  Is 
that correct?

Regarding suggestions and such, they should be considered after the 
phase.  Gilbane booth sounds like a good idea as long as Michi's 
suggestion of neutrality is observed.

Anyone read this? They are having an election on one of board member 
resignation.  I thought it was a good balanced way to approach.
