[OSCOM] FYI: Voting is closed

Howdy all.  The voting for the new OSCOM board is now closed.  The  
members received an email from Martin and me, replied, and got an  
acknowledgment of voting.  Martin and I will now start the process of  
tallying the votes and comparing our results.

** If you voted and didn't get an acknowledgment, let us know!! **

As an FYI, Martin and I contacted 20 members.  One replied asking to  
no longer be a member.  We then had 14 voting replies and 5 for whom  
we received no replies.  Thanks go especially to Martin for  
acknowledging all the votes and sending out an extra reminder yesterday.
