[OSCOM] OSCOM Booth at Gilbane conference -- please send feedback

Dear OSCOM,

The idea
-----
A few open source CMS developers came up with the idea for a booth to
promote the concept of open source within the exhibitors hall at the
upcoming Gilbane conference (http://gilbaneboston.com/, Nov 28-30 in
Boston). OSCOM is a convenient heading to put the booth under because
we already have representatives from various Open Source CMS.
Gilbane has been very generous to offer a booth for OSCOM free of
charge. It is intended as to promote OSCOM/open source CMS and NOT
individual project/demos and/or to distribute product documentation.
This has been made very clear by Jeff Arcur from the Gilbane Group.

Approval and Concept
----------
We would like to formally ask the OSCOM board to approve the idea of a
booth to promote the concept of open source at the Gilbane conference.

Once the idea is approved, we can start to organize the staffing of
