Re: [OSCOM] OSCOM Booth at Gilbane conference -- please send feedback

I think that this is great as a proposal, and should be ready for 
explicit Board vote (in my opinion). The Board is trying to organize a 
conference call for 24 October, and this could provide the opportunity 
for any formal decisions.

However, time is short, so we should also tackle the following questions.

-- Available demonstrations of OS CMS?
-- Which systems?
-- Booth rental? Tables? Other stuff?
-- Handouts? (As Chalu pointed out, some content is available.)

However, I think the single most important action item is to define a 
new or revised mission statement for OSCOM. That is, we really need to 
state who we are and what we are about as an organization.
