[OSCOM] Yulup 0.2.4 released

We've just released Yulup 0.2.4.

Changelog:
 * Don't open Atom Sidebar by default.
 * Improved surround/unsurround.
 * Discover MIME-types of locally opened documents.
 * Editor toolbar for local HTML documents.
 * Mark editor as readonly and prevent re-fill artifacts from rendering 
while contents are being computed.

You can get Yulup 0.2.4 from http://www.yulup.org/download/ or via the 
update function of the extension manager.
