I would like to submit a CMS for your matrix on OSCOM.
 
The CMS in question is called Spine, is GPL licensed and can be found at 
http://spine.sf.net
 
PS: The email link on the OSCOM page 
(mailto:[email protected]?subject=OSCOM CMS Matrix) apparently 
doesn't work? I get a PERM_FAILURE: SMTP error.
