Tina,

Since you've not replied to my several prior private e-mails, I'll 
reply here publicly to you.  Both times I've presented at ApacheCon 
there were hassles with Security Travel reimbursing me.  I'm still owed 
my airfare reimbursement for ApacheCon '04.

I would recommend OSCOM not choose Security Travel based on my 
experiences.  Overall, though, ApacheCon works out well for attendees 
and I hope that my experience with your company is unique and not a 
generalization.
