[OSCOM] Adding Feed to Planet OSCOM

How can I get a feed added to planet OSCOM? There is no mention of HOW
to contribute a feed on the web site. It just links back to Planet
OSCOM.

I have already asked on this list, with no response. Some sort of
official procedure would be helpful :)

I finally created a feed for OpenACS.org
