[OSCOM] Webserver doesn't respond

Hi!

Since a couple of days the oscom.org doesn't seem to reply: after a 
while an error appears from the proxy that the method 'GET' is not 
understood by the backend. Does anyone know what the problem is or, even 
better, is anyone able to fix it?
I got some complaints from people trying to download Kupu.
