[OSCOM] OS CMS Advice: multi-lingual content ?

Hey All,

I need to (quickly) set up a site on a cms with the following features

- ability to enter content in english and french
- some kind of approval workflow/publishing
- ability to handle binaries/downloads
- image gallery (can also just use SPG or photostack)
- desired language PHP, but will accede to others (java, ruby, python)

So far I've been tinkering with:

- plone w linguaplone addon (I wonder when 2.1 will be released)
- lenya (doesn't feel ready enough)

others I've looked at but not really used 

- drupal 4.5.1 w internationalization module
- mambo server with mambelfish
- postnuke (I think this has multilanguage capabilities..... somewhere....)

thoughts for a simple, mature, multi-language-content-editing-aware
CMS? I really don't want to re-invent the wheel here :)
