including workflow (openwfe.org), versioning, search and a some very 
interesting modules.
If you start now you can migrate the templates and the content easy to 
magnolia 2.5 in Q2. If you have websites with traffic (20000-1M) 
Users/day we will have a commercial repository for magnolia to be 
announced soon.

and of course it's LGPL so you can reuse magnolia to whatever you need
