The strong feelings below notwithstanding, I would like to be the first to state an alternate view. OSCOM invited Tony to speak at OSCOM 3 and I specifically encouraged him to give us a blunt assessment of what we need to do. I remember the article you refer to. I remember a few people took a stone-the-messenger approach. From my POV, I was happy to see someone giving us a critical assessment, especially one that's been a pretty good friend of open source CMS over the years. Tony's piece was constructive criticism. We need more of this and I hope Tony keeps participating. Geesh, I hope Tony joins the OSCOM board, but he's probably too busy for something like that. :^) I took the liberty of removing the addendum to the subject line.
