Paul Everitt was rather thinking out loud from his personal point
of view. OSCOM is a community organization and people have to go through
a community process (similar to Apache), whereas I have to admit that 
this didn't

otherwise OSCOM will loose its credibility.

If Tony would decide to become more active within the community, then
