[OSCOM] CMS interoperability - article & discussion on

	IIRC, at least two members of OSCOM (Everitt and Rothfuss) were
interested in the interoperability of CMS's and wrote an article on that
topic (on Advogato.org, IIRC). Well, now someone else has written about
it, too:
