That's quite ok, this is probably never going to change in the
non-commercial arena. The notion of "read the fine manual" and "get
used to it" stolkholm syndrome is never going to go away.

It is probably why there are very few successful open source projects
which actually make it to the masses, and why there will be only a few
open source projects which do in the future.
