[OSCOM] OSCOM participating at Google Summer of Code, e.g. OSR-101

Hi

I think it would make sense if OSCOM would also participate at Google's
Summer of Code. WDYT?

For instance I would like to suggest to start a specification on
a *Content Management User Interface Abstraction Layer* respectively a 
language independent API and an associated concrete implementation on 
the server side (either in XUL/Javascript or Javascript only or 
OpenOffice) and on the server side (e.g. Apache Lenya, Plone, Midgard, 
whatever, ...)

whereas I just invented the name OSR-101 (OSCOM Specification Request) 
in order
to get started somewhere.

I am sure there are many other suggestions around OSCOM and hopefully 
some students who want to give it a try.
