well, it's a good way of finding good motivated programmers, it's good
to establish a good connection to the Open Source communities, because
a lot of stuff their business relies on comes from there. So even
if they don't make money in the first place it's probably worth it.

But it seems to me that both sides are profiting, but let's wait a bit
with conclusions and see how it really turns out. For the moment it's an
interesting thing to watch.
