The problem is that OSCOM doesn't have any money for organizing another conference and sponsor USD 6000 (3 x 2000) at the same time. Also it takes some time to organize things (setting goals, checking the results, etc.) and the question is who is going to do this. This is why it would have been nice to participate within the Google thingy. I would suggest that we discuss this within the board first and see if we are able to come up with a solution.
