more problems with current alpha release

After setting "about.tpl" to an empty file I get:

Template Error: loadfile: While loading template, 
/home/groups/v/v2/v2divx/phpslash/include/templates/en/clean/about.tpl does 
not exist or is empty.
Halted

In other words, I "rm -f */about.tpl" and then "for i in `/bin/ls`; do touch 
$i/about.tpl; done" in the Themes directory... Why can I just have an empty 
about the put my own about as a Block or something like that?
