I have been doing the translations for Spanish - English, but I'm getting 
more and more involved in debugging and coding, so, it will definitely help 
if I can pass on the translating part to somebody else.

Joe, what's the procedure on this? Should Gaspar submit patches to us?
As of now I know I have not look into the new strings in a while. I found a 
missing string in the French/Spanish files the other day (Group Admin). So, 
I know there are strings that still need to be translated. And there will be 
more to come.

I guess it's all a matter of Joe's blessings and you are the person for 
Spanish translations. ;-)
