I would suggest turning off session.use_trans_sid and magic_quotes_gpc.

It's listed on the phpinfo page in the Zend copyright area I believe.  You don't 
have it installed.

I went back and looked at the errors reported.  It was allowed memory being 
exceeded, and was intermittent.
