Well I didn't know that the stylesheet chooser had been removed from 
Firefox.  It is nice to be able to choose from a list of stylesheets the 
designer makes available.  Hopefully there will be an extension soon or 
the bugs fixed and it return.

I'm bringing in a bunch of tiki templates much the same way.  I think we 
can add a CSS tag and check if it is available.  If not, stuff it with 
the SKIN name.
