[ 681229 ] option widget types

This feature is mostly done and committed to cvs.

The block options demonstrate radio and select boxes for block 
options.  Pretty spiffy.  Screenshot:

The author Profile template was limited to changing the default 
options only.  This isn't fixed yet.
