This annoyance has been there awhile.  I know what is causing it:

Block.class::349  if ($this->db->affected_rows() ==  1) {

There are other about three queries there instead of just the 
psl_block update/insert.

Do you know a easy way to reproduce this?  It will be pretty easy to 
fix, I'm just having a hard time generating the error now.
