Customization of some of the phpslash text

phpslash-users -

1)  I what file do I change the text "Contributed by" for each story.  I 
got lost in the templates and couldn't find it.  I rather have it say 
"Posted by" for my site.

2)  Also in the search return page - I'd like to eliminate the "by <user>" 
for each story.  In what file do I change that?

Any help appreciated.
