Need help on installation

I can't seem to get this installation to work. I am on a remote web server, i uploaded all the files to the appropriate directory then i discovered that when i went to my site, all i saw was folders. Then i tried putting all the public_html files out in the open and then telling the config.ini.php file where the rest of the folders are like the class folder. Now i keep on getting this error that says it doesn't know where the class directory is.
