* Edit tiki-theme_control_sections.tpl. Added newline at end of file.

* Edit tiki-live_support_admin.tpl. Added newline at end of file.

* Edit tiki-blog_post.tpl. Added newline at end of file.

* [NEW][UI] New theme 'Tikiben', a 'bento' graphic style theme. To facilitate this theme and any others like it, the class 'styling-element' was added to some existing divs, forms, or tables in a number of template files, and a new div with that class was added in some files. These have no functional effect other than providing CSS targets. Todo: commit theme image file.
