FYI: It was me. I did a custom module for that and tried to Keep it 
simple stupid (kiss)

Had to do it as a profile as the custom module creation and saving did 
not work on tiki.org (again?) maybe because there is some Apache 
Security mod applied? (just guessing - or may be a regression in Tiki)
