Hi Gary, You mention having a proper .htaccess file. Have you verified that the .htaccess file is taken into account by apache/php? It's an easy verification: if you put a garbage line on top of you .htaccess file (like a line containing "qwerty"), your whole site should stop working and display an error 500. If it does not, you know the .htaccess file is ignored.
