Hi David,

After an upgrade, you likely need to upgrade your packages: https://doc.tiki.org/Packages

If 1-click upgrades of the Packages fail, just remove them and re-install. It will get the right versions of the Packages. If you upgrade via Tiki Manager, it should do it for you. https://doc.tiki.org/Manager

Some people have reported (and I have seen it) a problem with the installer that just does a loop. We need an error message.
