[Tiki-devel] Adding tiki-admin_oauthserver.php to tiki-admin.php?page=login

Hello!

I want to do more work on the Oauth server thing, but before, I need to
organize what is done in a Tiki way.

To that, I need to move the logic tiki-admin_oauthserver.php to
tiki-admin.php?page=login. I don't see other admin pages having the logic
of tiki-admin_oauthserver.php.

Can someone help giving some hints?
