[Tiki-devel] Date and Time Picker

Hi all

Our time picker add-on (to the jQuery-UI DatePicker) has been abandoned for many years now it seems, and it doesn't handle daylight savings properly (oops) so we need a new one.

Thanks to Marc for starting this page a while ago, i've added flatpickr which is the one recommended by Trant Richardson who wrote jQuery-Timepicker-Addon and doesn't have any dependencies (which i like).

Of the other two on that page, neither of them seem to support bootstrap 4 afaics, are there any others we should be considering for 23.x?
