Very good Luci and Katy,

this meets my expectations aswell. This seems to be the road to go.

Please make sure, that those parts of the "old" menu 42 that are not 
reflected in the still current admin panels will be found (easily) in 
the new admin panel.

One important idea in our discussion was, that we want to not have 
anymore administration links and buttons all around cluttered in various 
modules and areas, that might appear under different conditions 
(compared to each other).

The good thing about bad WP is, that as an admin I can switch forth and 
back between site-view and admin-view at any time with only one click to 
one button.
