I just tried that rebuild command on my trunk, 22.x and 21.x locally and all seemed the same but no errors (small databases) apart from a few php 7.4 ones on 21.x.

Are you sure you did database:update on your 22.x one?

Do you have the same versions of mysql/mariadb on your production and local? If so, same my.cnf settings?

I can't find the string "ttif0" anywhere in tiki, so hard to trace further without more info (like the whole query)
